Team Phoenix Robotics was founded to enable students interested in robotics in the south Oklahoma City / Moore / Norman area to meet, learn about, and design and build robots. Developing teamwork, leadership, and project management skills are also goals of Team Phoenix.

The photo at top left is of last year's OKBEST competition; that's our robot, Robbie, making a run to the storage rack with a traffic cone.

Team Phoenix competed in this year's Heartland BEST competition, reaching the Elite Eight before being eliminated in the semi-finals.  But even better, the folks at Heartland BEST have allowed us to keep the complete kit through March 2012, this will allow us to continue to learn, practice, and develop our robotics skills and talents.
